Tenggol Island
Tenggol Island is situated between Pulau Redang and Tioman on the east coast. Tenggol is beautiful island that offers you drift diving, deep diving or wreck diving. This island has unusual coral formations and makes the underwater world more fascinating to dive it.
Popular dive sites like Amazing Grace, The Fishbowl and The Highway should be attempted by experienced divers. These spots are cherished for their swift rushing currents, hence be careful not to find yourself drifting away from the group. You will find plenty of coral trout swimming around the large boulders and pelagic fish between them. During the calmer days, be astounded by the beautiful cave corals that carpet the boulders. Divers had reported curious batfishes often accompany divers on the ascent, circling around at arm length.
Coral Garden and House Reef are friendlier dive sites with gently sloping bay, warm bay water and impressive coral gardens. These sites are popular with underwater photographers as there are lots of tiny creatures like the garden eels and brightly coloured nudibranchs. During night fall, sightings of Coral Cat sharks and Pantherfish in the area are reported by divers too.
